Job Description
HR Business Partner
High Wycombe
£65,000 + excellent benefits
A leading and highly technical manufacturing business is seeking a capable, engaging and credible HR Business Partner. Reporting to the Head of HR (Europe), as HRBP, you will be required to partner senior stakeholders predominantly based within the UK but also Italy, in order to implement the People agenda across the region.
The role will require you to provide a generalist service, acting as a point of escalation for a HR Advisor. As such you must be happy working in both a strategic and operational capacity, pivoting when needed and reacting to issues as and when they arise.
Whilst the business is a manufacturing organisation, you will work closely with a number of highly skilled and highly educated white collar employees but must also appreciate the need to engage with blue collar workers.
Due to the size and scale of the business – c200 employees – this role will require you to take ownership of HR issues and deliver in line with business needs, in a landscape that can often change at short notice.
The business offers hybrid working (2 days a week working from home).
