Aisling Reid has spent the last nine years specialising in recruiting Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) professionals, primarily in manufacturing and engineering. Starting her career as a junior consultant, Aisling has steadily advanced to her current role as Head of Recruitment, where she leads the HSE team while continuing to provide exceptional service to her clients as a highly experienced consultant.

Throughout her career, Aisling has placed over 100 candidates in roles ranging from Advisor to Director level. Her extensive experience in the market allows her to understand the nuances of each vacancy she works on, effectively navigate challenges, and provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.

Aisling is passionate about fostering collaboration and building long-term relationships. She is committed to conducting thorough searches, ensuring seamless recruitment processes, and helping clients focus on their business while guiding candidates toward their ideal roles.
