With 15 years of experience recruiting Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) professionals across the UK and internationally, Laura Aucott is a recognised leader in the industry. As Associate Director, Laura is pivotal in fostering strong client relationships. She takes a hands-on approach, regularly visiting client sites to gain an in-depth understanding of their needs and staying ahead of industry trends.

Laura is a sought-after speaker at safety conferences and roundtables, sharing her expertise with the wider HSE community. She serves on the IOSH Nominations Committee, where she helps appoint strategic board and council positions, and contributes to the IIRSM editorial panel for The Sentinel, the institute’s membership magazine.

Her extensive network of influential and innovative senior safety and sustainability professionals strengthens our commitment to delivering quality recruitment processes and successful placements. Laura also leads the HSE Leaders Connect community, organising roundtables and seminars to support CPD for safety professionals.

Additionally, Laura manages our corporate partnerships with organisations such as IIRSM, IOSH, RoSPA, and Pinsent Masons, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the HSE sector.
